A 10 page paper which discusses the history and influence of the African Canadians in Nova Scotia. For several hundred years there have been Africans in Nova Scotia. Many of them went to Nova Scotia because they were promised land and freedom, when the reality was that they were put into the same lifestyle, the lifestyle of slavery, that they experienced in the United States.
